Slowly I turn step by step inch by inch...............yep we went to Niagra Falls

Last Thursday we went to Niagra flals left at 8am and arrived there around 11 am.
We decided to go to the American falls first as we had never seen them from their side, and so we did the Park area is quite nice lots of greenery and path's and benches along the route. The bridal veil falls are the smaller one to your right if looking from the Canadian side over, inbetween is Goat Island and their falls.
Before heading back we went for lunch at the Old Coach house a very nice restaurant that has a great view of the rapids from the outside patio were we ate.
Then we made the mistake of going to the outlet mall, we promplly got lost in a neighbour hood I can only describe as very scary delapitated  and not freindly looking.Ended up near the river and asked for directions from some man driving a Ram truck who said we picked a bad area to get lost in and gave us the quickest directins out , came back over the border and went to park and then go on the Maid of the Mist.
After living here in Canada for over 50 years I thought its ridiculous that I've never been on it, so we lined up and got our poncho's and off we went right to the falls , there was a beautiful rainbow and it is spectacular to feel the currrent along with the msit and the roar of the falls all at once, well worth it only 16 per person and not at all scarry.
Afterwords went for a drink and mae our way up to Lundy lane and dinner at Kelsys, on the way home felt very ill , spent the night sick forom the food there till 3am , had no more to give up.Left the mess for Dan to clean up in the morning, which he did.
All in all it was a fun and enjoyable I just never have luck eating out there in Niagra falls, this was my 4th attempt at it.Next time I am brining a paperbag lunch made at home.
