The Good The Bad and those theiving the GPS

This last weekend , my friend Peg had organized a shopping trip to Rochester New York.
The Saturdy morning dawned in sunshine,Peg and her buddy Jamie arrieved at 9am, we thru my stuff in the new truck and off we went.Prior to arriving State side I learned that both Peg and Jamie have a dilike of bridges that are higher than 6 feet. We droave over one in Canada and two in the states that morning , Jamie although quite tense did a great job driving with Peg's support and mine all wemnt well, we did not pull a Thelma and Lousie over the cayon move.
The drive to buffalo was quick and smooth with a couple rest stops in between, when we arrived in buffalo we headed for the Galleria Mall, found our way in parked and started our shopping extravagnza.Note... GPS does not take in road reoutes due to construction.
These two women are proffessinonal shoppers of the highest caliber , they can spot a deal at a 100 paces!after 4 hours of shopping we met for dinner at Jack Astors.
It was a good meal with great conversation and we were ready to enter the mall with renewed energy.
If I get some things wrong its cause the placed was packed full of shoppers and we were up and down floors and roamed from one end to another. So much to see my mind was on overload, this is not like any Mall I've ever shopped in Canada in.
Deals were found lists were checked opions were given laughs were had and lots of bags were carried and the trunk was almost full at the end: but not quite!
After we made our way to the Red coach Inn in NIagra near the rapids on the american side.
We checked in took our stuff up to the room, shopping and suitcases and wine,

Oh My, up 3 floors it was the Red coach Inn workout. The suite was stunning decorated in mid centuray opulance, we had cheese and crackers and champane to greet us and then made our way down to dinner in their dinning room restaurant ajacent to the hotel.

After a much needed dinner we went to relax in the hotel, put on our jammies explored all the various nooks and nannies in the suite and had some much needed down time with wine.Had a door opposite the kitchen that led to nowhere and did not open we called it BOB's room, our secert neighbour..
Admired the view from
our livingroom window of the rapids across the way in the park which were unlit it was quite stunning the view across the way to the Canadian side as well.

The following morning I made coffee and after showers and conversation , we went to breakfast had my first taste of eggs Bennidictt , stuffed and raoring to we made our way to the Outlet mall. The first stop was to the Crock shop across from the mall were all manner f crocks sizes color and accories can be had at a fraction of the price, it was a neat place.

I shall continue with aour road trip shopping adventure tommorow, for now gotta go get some grocies before the big wind storm blows in.
